How do I cancel or change my subscription? Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Halfplate. You can also use "Manage subscription" inside the app (Settings).
I already subscribed but the app is locked. Tap "Restore purchases" in the app. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID and connected to the internet.
How do I delete my data? Settings → "Delete all my data". Your logs live only on your iPhone. Deleting the app also removes them.
Why does photo analysis say I reached my limit? Photo and text analysis has a daily limit that depends on your plan. It resets every day.
Is Halfplate medical advice? No. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about your treatment.
